Stupid Leg
Tried to do Couch to 5k week 2 a few times, but my left calf is hurting a bit.
It feels like a muscle soreness, and I really would hate to tear it, so I’m going to take it off this weekend and restart week 2 next tuesday to be safe.
Upper body exercises tonight then! :)
Christmas is over
Back to actually being in control.
Really only had this weekend as a bad holiday binge time. Used to be all of December.

It breaks my heart when people make fun of bigger people working out at the gym. that’s what the gym is FOR. So you go girl/guy. You tear that treadmill UP.
